I've been really anxious to shoot at the Waterfront, which opened just last year, but more on that later. First, the girls got ready at the Radisson in downtown La Crosse. My second shooter, Dawn Silva<\/a>, of course joined me this week.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nKerstin decided not to wear these pearls (which were her grandmother's), but I had to photograph them in their Tiffany box. I had to. \ud83d\ude42\r\n\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nAll of the bridesmaids got to carry these cute purses.\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nAt practically every wedding, I always ask Dawn what these flowers are. I love them. They are stephanotis, which everyone already knows I'm sure, but maybe I'll finally remember their name now.\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nMatt and Kerstin had their first look in the courtyard at English Lutheran.\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nThe following photo was taken by Dawn.\r\n\"Not<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nAfter we took the formal pictures, we had some time for just Matt and Kerstin around the church.\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nEverything coordinated so well - the programs, the invitations, and even the rehearsal dinner invitation. Gorgeous!\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nKerstin's grandmother left her this note and handkerchief.\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nFinally, the ceremony\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nI saw Dawn taking the following photo and I knew I'd be posting it on the blog, and I knew I'd be jealous that she got it. \ud83d\ude42\r\n\"Not<\/a>\r\n\r\nDawn also took this photo (I'm making up for not posting any of hers last week!).\r\n\"Not<\/a>\r\n\r\nI love when the officiant announces a couple husband and wife. I love the expressions and I know the feelings they must have.\r\n\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nA few pictures at Riverside...\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nBut then off to the reception at the Waterfront! Really, the room was gorgeous. What an amazing place for a reception right here in the La Crosse area. It is one of the only venues with views of the Mississippi river and did I mention it was gorgeous? I'm so anxious for my two other weddings there yet this year!\r\n\r\nThe photo on the left was taken by Dawn.\r\n\"Not<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nHello, live band! Josh and the Empty Pockets<\/a>, rock! They are a cover band from the Chicago area, but also have their own CD with their own music. They were so fun.\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nA few more pictures outside at night.\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nDawn took the following photo.\r\n\"Not<\/a>\r\n\r\nI haven't been posting many reception pictures lately, so I'm going to make up for it with this post.
