As I sit here trying to think about what to say about my beautiful, almost 4 year old son, I feel myself getting rather emotional. I just can't quite believe it. Many times a day, I look at Haden and think, that should be Max sitting in that carseat\/highchair\/crib. Can my baby really be 4? Last week, Max and I had a special Mom\/Max date. Something we have not had enough of since Haden was born. I got him all dressed up, took pictures of him in some fun spots, and then treated him to ice cream (a grown up scoop!). I totally have on my \"mommy glasses\" in this post because I know I'm posting way too many pictures, but I love them all. They are so \"him\" right now.\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\"\"<\/a>\r\n\r\nMax's birthday also makes me think about when I went full-time with my photography business. I kicked it off right when I had him. In many, many ways, I feel like I had two babies 4 years ago. So, not only am I celebrating Max's birthday, but I'm celebrating 4 years of this business.
